This is a song I wrote when I had a lot of turbulent emotions within myself and I needed to get them out in a creative way to process them so I came up with the piano riff you hear in the song, put a beat over it and then rapped some lyrics over it and sang a chorus. Some of the lyrics were changed since the first version but the majority of them are still the same as when I first rapped and sang them in the moment.
